Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana-flavored yogurt
- 1 cup sugar (standard tea glass)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 packet baking powder (about 7g)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (adjust as needed)
- Optional: Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions :
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, and vinegar using an electric mixer until light and frothy.
- Add the oil and mix well, then add the banana yogurt and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until you get a smooth batter.
- Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and, if desired, top with chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated oven with heat from both top and bottom. Lower the heat slightly and watch them carefully — they bake quickly!
